The rules for using Motoro. Please read this before you book your first appointment.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Motoro platform, including our website (motoro.app) and our mobile app (together, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by Motoro Tech, located at ul. Leśna 8, 42-244 Cegielnia, Polska (referred to as "Motoro," "we," or "us").
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Motoro is a marketplace platform that connects Customers looking for automotive services with Shops that provide them. Motoro does not itself perform repairs, maintenance, or roadside assistance services.
The contract for an automotive service (such as a repair, inspection, or tire change) is formed directly between the Customer and the Shop. Motoro is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or manner in which the Shop performs the service.
Motoro makes reasonable efforts to feature reliable and professional Shops on the Platform, but does not guarantee the quality of services provided by independent third parties.
Full access to the Platform requires registration and creating an Account. Registration is done via phone number with SMS verification, or via email.
By creating an Account, you agree to:
Customers can book an appointment with a chosen Shop through the Platform by selecting a service, a time, and providing the necessary contact information.
Bookings are confirmed by the Shop. Motoro sends the Customer notifications about the status of the Booking (pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled).
Customers may cancel a Booking according to the policy set by the relevant Shop, visible on the Shop's profile. Shops reserve the right to decline a Booking in justified circumstances (such as unavailability or equipment failure).
Motoro Assistance allows Customers to request a tow truck or mobile mechanic during roadside emergencies. The request is routed to available providers near the Customer's location.
Pricing for Motoro Assistance shown in the app is an estimate and may differ from the final amount charged directly by the provider, depending on the actual scope of assistance required.
Motoro Assistance is not an emergency medical service. In situations involving risk to life or health, contact emergency services immediately.
Payment for services performed by a Shop is made directly between the Customer and the Shop, in cash or another method agreed with the Shop, unless the Shop offers online payment through the Platform.
Shops using the Platform under a subscription model are billed according to the pricing plan selected and shown in the Shop's dashboard before activation. Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe).
Shops may be eligible for a free trial period before a paid subscription begins, according to the terms shown during registration.
By registering a Shop account, you agree to:
Motoro reserves the right to suspend or remove a Shop Account in the event of a Terms violation, credible complaints about service quality, or the provision of false information.
Customers may leave reviews and ratings for Shops after a completed Booking. Reviews must be truthful and reflect an actual experience with the service.
Motoro reserves the right to remove reviews that violate the law, contain abusive content, are false, or are unrelated to an actual experience with the Shop.
All rights to the Platform, including its name, logo, design, source code, and content (excluding content submitted by Users), belong to Motoro Tech and are protected by law.
By submitting content to the Platform (such as photos, descriptions, or reviews), you grant Motoro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to the extent necessary to operate the Platform.
Motoro takes reasonable steps to keep the Platform operating properly and continuously, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Complaints regarding the operation of the Platform can be submitted to kontakt@motoro.app. Please include a description of the issue and your contact information.
Motoro reviews complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Complaints about the quality of a completed automotive service should be directed to the Shop that performed the service.
You may stop using the Platform and delete your Account at any time through the settings menu in the app, or by contacting us.
Motoro reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's Account in the event of a serious violation of these Terms.
Motoro reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email or through an in-app notification, with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
Any disputes arising from use of the Platform will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over Motoro Tech's registered office, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
