High Beam Indicator Light

Informational - status, not a fault

high beam light · full beam indicator

What it means

A simple status light (usually blue) confirming the high-beam headlights are currently on.

Common causes

  • High beams manually switched on
  • Automatic high beam system engaged them for a dark, oncoming-traffic-free road

What to do

No action needed - this is purely informational. Switch back to low beams when other vehicles approach.

Can you keep driving?

Yes, this has no effect on driving other than reminding you which headlight mode is active.
